ABOUT EMNA MIZOUNI

As a strategist and leader, my mission is to provide the necessary optics to understand how technology respects culture and faith, how business honors human rights, and how leadership can become truly diverse for a global audience.Currently, I serve as Co-Founder and President of The JOMI Group, where I lead strategic development projects to drive growth and innovation. My work is defined by a commitment to building bridges—whether between historical legacy and modern technology, and between local communities and global markets. My Leadership Portfolio includes- The JOMI Group: Leading as President to drive executive strategy and institutional growth- Elyssar Agency: As CEO and Founder, I lead a team providing cutting-edge Digital Marketing services, helping brands tell authentic stories that resonate across borders- Digital Citizenship (DCO): Founding CEO of an organization and social consultancy dedicated to digital rights, literacy, and empowering citizens in the digital age- Carthagina: Founder of a cultural organization born from my passion as a heritage and history enthusiast. Our work preserves and promotes Tunisian history for a new generation. My dedication to the open-knowledge movement led to my recognition as the 2019 Wikimedian of the Year. I have spent years as a community leader within the Wikimedia movement, serving three mandates as Vice-Chair of the Affiliations Committee and as Program Co-Chair for Wikimania Cape Town. I am a Fellow of the Aspen Ideas Festival, an alumna of the U.S. Department of State’s IVLP, and a former Curator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers (Tunis Hub) and a former member of the Global Future Council on Data Equity.Whether I am hosting Le Salon or Optics Podcast, advising on digital policy, or scaling a business, my goal remains the same: to act as a catalyst for cultural understanding and digital progress. I am always looking to connect with partners and visionaries who believe that the future of business must be rooted in heritage and driven by inclusive innovation.
