I conducted my own research and used 3rd party research to create actions for businesses to take and presented the talk at the conference, my talk was one of only 9 selected from Caterpillar UK to be selected. This was received well by industry leaders and the findings have gone on to be used to guide recruitment and onboarding strategy for early talent.
