That might mean pressure-testing an acquisition thesis with a CEO, rebuilding how a business unit thinks about its competitive position, or designing the operating model that turns a strategy into a measurable result. In every case, the work is the same: ask the right questions, frame the real decision, and drive execution.Over the past decade, I\'ve done that work across private equity, management consulting at EY, and as a corporate development leader inside a $4B+ enterprise. Across those roles, I\'ve contributed to more than $13B in transactions and generated $55M in annual recurring revenue through acquisitions and new market expansion.When I’m outside the office, I’m usually advising a nonprofit on how to grow its impact, reading something interesting, or cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
