Dignity Network Canada is a national coalition of over 60 Canadian organizations interested in advancing global human rights for LGBTIQ+ people around the globe.As Policy and Advocacy Officer, I work with a wide array of NGOs, diplomats, civil servants, and Canadian political stakeholders, to drive network collaboration in advocacy and government relations. I work in coordination with the entire Dignity Network Canada team,(staff, network members, international partners) to leverage opportunities with the Government of Canada and all political parties in the House of Commons, and advance investment in and political support for LGBTIQ+ issues in Canada’s foreign policy and development assistance.
