Execute programming and provide strategic recommendations regarding the design and administration of culturally competent cannabis industry workforce development training, community college and university engagement, training, certification, and administration of the Illinois Cannabis Education Center • Manage initiatives with workforce development organizations, workforce centered nonprofit/community organizations, educational institutions, and training vendors. • Support development of highly engaging training for a variety of delivery modes, including in-person, virtual and e-learning. • Lead development of key metrics to track the progress of external education and workforce development strategy, providing key insights and intervention recommendations for further activities.
