Represented hospital in the negotiation and preparation of all documents in connection with the acquisition of municipal park land in Ohio for the construction of a cancer treatment facility.Represented hospital in the negotiation and preparation of all documents in connection with the acquisition of land in Alaska from multiple purchasers involving complicated local development issues including the retention of mineral and drilling interests for the construction of a new acute care hospital facility. Represented national real estate developer in the negotiation and documentation of a credit tenant lease for a square foot drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and the development and construction of the facility.
