ABOUT EMME ZANOTTI

An incredibly well-rounded social justice advocate with a decades worth of work and knowledge in accounting, finance, diversity leadership, equity consultation, inclusivity building, public policy design, political strategy, fundraising, and community organizing. Since coming out as a trans woman in the early 2010s, I have been a student of progress and a champion of human rights. My work has led me from consulting in corporate offices, to public speaking on the steps of state capitols, to advising in the halls of Congress, and most importantly to listening to the voices of people in their communities, on their doorsteps, and in their living rooms. My work has touched everything from SEC financial reporting to candidate campaign field plans. If you aren’t focused on empowering people AND improving the system, then I assure you that you are doing neither. I advise both leaders and community members on the best and most just ways to be intentional about that involvement. No stage is too big for my nerves and no individual is too small for my undivided attention, diligence, and service.
