I learned from and supported the social media team while also gaining exposure to how marketing and technology drive outreach and help measure the success of digital media content. I helped analyze branding and verification across NYU Langone’s clinical accounts on Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I created a full Clinical Social Media Review & Plan presentation, which included identifying inactive, unbranded, or noncompliant accounts. I also developed a best practices guide to help clinical teams align with brand standards moving forward. To support implementation, I drafted outreach emails to clinical account owners.I contributed to NYU Langone’s content strategy by writing YouTube titles, descriptions, chapters, and hashtags, as well as copy for Instagram, Facebook, and X. I supported SEO and performance optimization by revising copy, titles, and thumbnails on older YouTube content to improve visibility and alignment with the brand. I worked with Conductor Intelligence to research trending search terms and suggested updates based on search behavior.I also played a hands-on role in content creation. I interviewed NYU Grossman students at Research Day and supported panel coverage at the Men’s Health Lab event by developing speaker questions and conducting interviews with doctors. I assisted with filming and short-form video production across platforms. In addition, I contributed to internal storytelling by interviewing staff and writing employee profiles that highlighted NYU Langone’s workplace culture and values.
