My name is Eddie, and I am an Eagle Scout, Zillennial, and Mentor who has built career exploration, mentorship, and company culture programs over a decade. I also founded Future Gen, a Gen Z career-readiness platform that helps the future workforce figure out what comes next.Before committing to Future Gen, full-time, I was a mergers and acquisitions management consultant conducting rapid operational assessments for private equity clients and portfolio companies ranging in the technology, manufacturing, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. This is where I learned to lead workflows and contribute to teams in the US, UK, India, and everywhere inbetween. I regularly played a crucial role in material presentations to investors, executive management, and relevant stakeholders grounded in data analytics and qualitative analysis. I have identified ~$250M EBITDA savings through cost savings projects, synergies, and operational efficiencies across 26 separate M&A deals.My proudest achievement has been finding my North Star and the journey of discovering it. My goal is to become a decision-maker who can make long-lasting impacts that help as many people as possible. This is not a job title, but it helps whenever I come across a fork in the road and has led to reopening wildlife corridors, helping students and young adults figure out what comes next, and improving company culture initiatives at Hyundai.Open to collaborating in any activities that close the gap between the wants of the future workforce and the needs of the modern workplace.
