Serve as NAVFAC’s EMS program coordinator, providing full support to CNIC in the implementation of processes and practices that reduce environmental impacts, increase operating efficiency, and ensure that environmental requirements are met while supporting mission readiness.* Develop and execute integrated EMS/ Compliance Audit schedules Navy-wide (including CNIC and BUMED).* Assess the results of EMS and compliance audits in order to develop trend analyses and metrics, lessons learned, and proposed improvements for the program. Data from these assessments are used to formulate recommendations for improvements not only at the installation level, but also at the program level, to correct deficiencies in EMS program execution and management.* Lead audit teams as a representative of NAVFAC Atlantic to ensure consistency among audits and provide quality assurance.
