About Emma Steele Myers

I’m an entrepreneur at heart who’s always been drawn to the space where clarity meets action.I currently serve as Chief of Staff at CSpring, a data and analytics consulting firm, where I work across strategy, sales, marketing, and delivery. Over the course of my career, I’ve worn a lot of hats - recruiting, sales, marketing, customer relationships, product, and operations - which has shaped how I see organizations from the inside out.What I’ve learned is this: most challenges leaders face aren’t about a lack of data or effort. They’re about alignment, decision confidence, and knowing what actually matters when the stakes are high. I’m especially interested in how leaders use data not just to inform decisions, but to feel confident acting on them.I enjoy filling the top of the funnel, shaping demand, writing and communicating ideas, and helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution. I’m energized by conversations that slow things down just enough to bring clarity and by work that turns insight into momentum.I’m an Indianapolis native and a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Outside of work, life revolves around my family.
