Developed and implemented mechanisms to track recruiter KPIs monthly and quarterly- Developed and implemented strategies, processes and guidelines to find, attract, hire and onboard talent needed to drive Mapbox\'s growth and transformation goals. Built in operational efficiencies to automate and streamline tasks so recruiters can focus on quality sourcing, candidate experience and business stakeholder relationship management- Initiated and spearheaded the launch of a Diversity Recruiting Playbook; created ongoing diversity recruiting pipeline pass through goals to drive high impact diverse hiring practices, including sourcing strategies.
