About Emma Scott
I began college during the times of Covid-19 and saw the impact of national shortages such as PPE for health care workers, computer chips, specialty formulas, and even everyday products like maple syrup that simply bring people joy. Since then, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in supply chain management. During my time at the Smeal College of Business, I was primarily involved in the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program, Supply Chain Management Association (previously CSCMP), the Schreyer Honors College, and THON. After graduating, I joined Unilever as a UFL in a rotational program designed to build leaders. My first rotation was in customer logistics, where I worked as a transportation planner on the outbound side of things, managing the transportation from distribution centers to customers. My second rotation has taken me to our manufacturing facility in Jefferson City, where I am a Front Line Manager.
