I help small businesses and manufacturers modernise how they use data: so they can make better decisions, reduce waste, and fix problems they’ve been living with for years.Before any AI, modelling or analysis happens, I translate the business need into the right data solution. My mix of full-stack Azure experience and operational leadership means I can turn vague data requirements into clear, cost-effective architectures, pipelines or workflows that directly address the real problem.With 17+ years working across engineering, operations and data, I’m used to solving business-critical problems. From broken reporting and scattered data, to advanced work like digital twins and predictive modelling. This depth means I can support growing businesses who are wrestling with “we’ve outgrown Excel,” “our systems don’t talk,” or “we want AI but don’t know where to start,” and translate those issues into clean, scalable solutions that work across the whole organisation.I now run my own consultancy, supporting small businesses and scale-ups as they modernise how they use data.
