Mission Support: Support leadership and technical teams at MCC Office of the Vice President – whose mission is to alleviate poverty through economic growth via large scale infrastructure projects in energy, health, transportation, education, agriculture, digital sectors• IT Project Management: Work closely with Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to translate business and analytical needs into technical requirements; ensure proper knowledge management and data quality through regular communication• Business Analysis & Documentation: Implement systems and maintain databases to consolidate agency-wide shared data and maintain best practices for managing documents, reports and visuals on intranet• Stakeholder Management: Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, coordinating and drafting complex communications for internal and external stakeholders• Systems Integration: Serve as core product owner and tester for technology implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems• Quality Assurance: Ensure end-users are familiar with analytical tools, charts, dashboards and other available products; maintain data integrity, develop automated reporting• Performance Monitoring: Maintain and create dashboards and timelines based on team\'s quarterly portfolio financial submissions and track project performance against key metrics• Corporate Reporting: Direct and ensure high-quality inputs into corporate reporting (quarterly Board and financial reports, annual report, and other external data calls). Lead cross-cutting, agency-wide initiatives or special projects, draft and strategize on messaging and communications, briefers, and other duties as necessary
