Senior HR Business Partnering role supporting central functions and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Global Engineering Director, Company Secretary, Chief Supply Chain Officer and Chief HR Officer and extending to a global functional matrix of circa 2500 employees. Key Responsibilities are- Providing strategic and hands-on HR solutions for senior leaders and management teams - Leading complex change management activities within a matrix environment - Implementing bespoke and creative initiatives to support talent development and engagement - Launching Career Frameworks that inspire teams and increase internal promotions and retention of key skills - Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities to ensure robust teams - Lead all key HR cyclical processes for direct and global functional areas, including: Talent Reviews, Performance Management and Reward & Recognition processes - Deliver transformational change programmes across business areas - Utilise key HR metrics to inform decision making, opportunities and successes - Work collaboratively across the HR function and Centres of Excellence
