Passionate about delivering extraordinary global event experiences through the power of workforce strategy, inclusion, and purpose-led engagement.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of event workforce operations across all Formula E race locations- Own workforce budgets (~€1M per season), recruitment strategy, onboarding, training, and on-site delivery for staff and volunteers- Manage the internal Workforce Team and hire local Volunteer & Workforce Managers in each city- Collaborate cross-functionally on staffing and space planning- Serve as Accessibility & Customer Journey Lead within the Event Experience department- Develop and implement spectator-facing operational procedures in partnership with Event Control, H&S, and Security.Key Achievements- Founded and scaled the global Workforce & Volunteer Programme in alignment with company strategy- Expanded volunteer operations from 2 cities (Season 8) to 11 cities (Season 11) across four continents- Transitioned Formula E to a fully in-house volunteer model, improving quality, control, and cost-efficiency- Implemented Rosterfy Volunteer Management System, streamlining onboarding and event resourcing- Delivered all events under budget, achieving savings of €96K in Season 10- Enhanced staff and spectator experience, contributing to NPS increases at every race- Integrated sustainability and inclusion initiatives to strengthen community impact.
