Developing a roadmap for a brand new product function in the UK by collaborating with the core US delivery teams, key high level stakeholders, including the CEO and managing directors, and delivery partners within the business.Working with multiple external agencies on the development and iteration of a variety of brand companion apps with features such as digital editions, training plans and integrated benefits platforms. Most recently working on a puzzles integration for two brands which saw a 221% increase in daily active users and a 46% increase in views per session Devloping a recipes beta app. This has required securing the buy-in and support of a number of teams across the organisation, connecting various work streams to solve complex technical problems and advocating for the user at all times throughout the process.Acting as the UK team lead for product development by leading on the hiring of team members, acting as the primary technical liaison for the UK and establishing the product development function within the business.
