Responsible that the product is developed and launched in time, thus responsible for the product development plan.• Identification of product related risks and definition of mitigation measures including timeline.• Responsibility that the product properties fulfil the customer requirements.• Technical contact person for product related questions (internal + external).• Main interface for customer-related quality issues (8D) for own product.• Responsibility of project change requests (PCR) and definition of resulting product branching strategy.• Create test matrices and plan electrochemical testing (EL-cells to prototype cells).• Develop future cell chemistries on a laboratory scale:\"Transfer ideas into first hardware\" • Plan, conduct and coordinate experiments in the cell development laboratories• Evaluate, develop and take responsibility for innovative manufacturing processes from laboratory to pilot scale, such as mixing, coating, calendering, cell assembly• Analyze and present test data to stakeholders.• Organize and assist in prototype cell building.• Provide expertise to resolve production and quality issues.• Perform other assigned tasks.
