Reporting to the Head of Global Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Services, play a critical role in the modernization journey of M&S organization by creating value across Sanofi with the centralization of M&S activities into M&S shared services, driving operational excellence and culture of efficiency.With a cross functional team, define and implement new target operating models and governance framework including roles, responsibilities, striving for simplification, standardization, digitalization.Lead a Transformation team, focused on- Designing & executing M&S Services roadmaps seamlessly, with rigorous project management and governance- Developing & implementing a robust Change Management, communication & transition plan- Establishing strategic partnership with key stakeholders & ensuring full alignment, buy-in.1st go live in jan/feb 2025 for 2 processes: Third party audit & Product complaints.
