As a Lead Technical Program Manager at UnitedHealthcare, I managed a portfolio of initiatives from ideation to successful deployment. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, managed timelines and a portfolio budget of up to $10M. My role also involved defining member problems, scoping work, mitigating risk, and deploying user-centric product enhancements to improve UnitedHealthcare’s onboarding experience and redesign the claims dashboard across the Employer & Individual, Medicare & Retirement, and Community & State lines of business to simplify the member experience, boost in-app engagement, and drive cost savings. I built and scaled the PMO by developing KPIs and mentored a team of 8 project managers to adopt to agile methodologies. I managed departmental P&L, including labor and non-labor costs, with accountability for forecasting, invoicing, and revenue management. I also partnered with sales to identify new opportunities, support RFP and SOW creation. I used data to influence decisions, negotiate scope and timelines, resolve escalations, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
