Led EMEA Management team to improve controls, particularly in freight costs, travel and entertainment. Significant savings achieved without compromising customer services and growth. Designed and implemented weekly shipment sales forecast. Mapped point of sale reports from key distributors to product class, giving Sales Managers enhanced insight in to end user behaviour. Shortlisted and selected overseas payroll providers, cutting fees by 90% in the Middle East. Introduced company charge cards for staff, improving visibility of sales expenses. Established compliant HR policies in the region, resulting in significantly reduced absenteeism and compliance with UK Border Agency.
