With over a decade of experience in the computer software industry, I have developed a strong background in product strategy, product management, software development, quality assurance, and data analysis.Prior to joining CAPTRUST in July 2023, I worked as a Manager of Data Solutions and a Senior Product Owner and Systems Analyst at Red Hat, where I facilitated the product management, strategy, and engineering for several platforms and applications. I designed cross-team data solutions for data processing and movement, assisted and advised on the technical implementations of SaaS systems, and directed a full-stack development team responsible for data reporting tools and management. I am passionate about fostering collaboration across teams, implementing effective technical solutions, and consistently achieving favorable results. I am dedicated to attaining business goals through meticulous product planning, development, implementation, and support.
