RESPONSIBILITIES*Installing and connecting three phase and single phase distribution board.*Fault finding on low and mid cables * 11 KV cable termination, jointing installation resistance and HIPOT test.* Laying of 11KV and LV cables including cable joints 21KV and LT cables from sub station to each building, sreetlight cables,control cables.*11KV power transformer installation.*Stringing, tensioning and regulating of conductor and install jumpers.*Cable joining low and mid cables *Construction of overhead lines MV, LV and services connections.* Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams*Dig holes, frame poles, set poles, hang transformers and sag wires.*Checking and testing circuits breakers and replacing them where necessary regularly using electrical tools and testing equipments.* Prepare work sites, erect warning signs and secure areas.*Climb poles or use truck mounted buckets to asses equipment.* Lead linesman Supervisor responsible for the safety, accountability of seven men crew and equipments while completing work orders and outages.
