I am the Co-Founder and COO of Recordian INC, a Next-Generation Music Streaming Economy redefining how independent artists earn, grow, and retain ownership of their work. I lead operations across product execution, artist onboarding, partnerships, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring systems, timelines, and teams are aligned as the platform scales.Alongside this, I am a BSc Construction Management student on track for First-Class Honours. My academic training strengthens my expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and structured delivery.While construction and technology operate in different environments, both demand disciplined execution, leadership under pressure, and precision in managing people, time, cost, and quality.
