ABOUT EMMANUEL RENOU
Graduate in Hydrogeology/Hydrology (MSc.) and in Water Management (Advanced MSc.), I have 10 years\' experience, mainly at the international scale.After long and mid-term assignments in the field of rural hydraulics (Water and Sanitation supply) in Madagascar and Morocco, I evolved towards the management of international projects - while providing Expertise - upon fields such as governance and management of water & sanitation utilities and the capacity building of their staff, or Integrated water resources management (especially at the transboundary level), with important institutional components.I am now focusing on more technical projects : technical assistance to water and sanitation utilities or State companies, masterplans, hydraulic modelling, NRW, ESIA, tendering processes.In parallel I also ensure commercial development and follow-up, and particularly the preparation of tenders (up to 2.5 M€).
