Personal caring and manual handling handling of patient\'s needs. Communicating with Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Discharge Team, etc regarding observations of patients. Working on a variety of wards in the hospital such respiratory/cardiac, critical care/emergency, elderly, children, Taking bloods from patients and following the protocols required. Daily responsibilities includes:+ Hygiene care+Basic non-invasive VITALS examinations such as oxygen intake, respiratory rate, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature and neurological observations of pupils and body movements.+ Manual handling of patients.+ Cannulation inspecting and removal if necessary.+ Assisting in Theatre/surgical procedures.+ Visual mobility assessment+ Behavioural observation and documenting themMore responsibilities to follow.(watch this space)
