ABOUT EMMANUEL PARIENTE

After five years at Brookfield, where he built and led as CEO Uxco Group, Brookfield’s French PBSA and aparthotel platform, and deployed €700M of equity to acquire PBSA beds, Emmanuel left in 2023 to launch two residential platforms after establishing Uxco as the French market leader in PBSA and aparthotels.Emmanuel has 18 years of real estate experience, including 8 years in C-level roles. He holds a Real Estate MBA from ESSEC and is a qualified French CPA (Bac+8).He began his career at Deloitte in Paris, advising listed real estate companies such as Unibail, ORPEA, Pierre & Vacances, and Altarea. He later joined an investment bank as Director to lead the real estate practice, executing €800M in transactions.In 2017, recognizing the growth potential of large PBSA residences with services, Emmanuel advised HPC Group on its capital raising and led the €300M sale of 90% of Uxco Group to Brookfield as sell-side advisor. Following the transaction, he joined Brookfield as Group CFO & CIO of Uxco Group.Appointed Group CEO early 2020, Emmanuel restructured & created Uxco Group during COVID and transformed it into France’s PBSA and aparthotel market leader beds, 100 hotels, 1,300 employees, €500M revenues).He also built the Group’s real estate activity from scratch, reaching a portfolio valued at over €1.5B by 2023 through the development and acquisition of more than PBSA beds, including three SIMI award-winning assets of which Europe’s largest PBSA residence (1,800 beds) under the ECLA brand.
