As the Director of Programs at MiracleFeet, I am responsible for expanding and implementing high-quality, evidence-based programs for treating children born with clubfoot in low and middle-income countries. Leading a multicultural team and collaborating with local organizations and consultants, we strive to ensure that at least 70% of these children have access to quality treatment.As a thought leader, I work to increase advocacy and promote sustainability across the organization. Building relationships with our network of partners, including over 30 local and international NGOs, 300 clubfoot clinics, and 650 healthcare workers at public hospitals, is also crucial to my role. I work closely with our Development team on proposal development and grant reporting.To continue our growth, I identify potential partners in new priority countries. I am deeply committed to our mission of ensuring that no child is left behind in accessing quality clubfoot treatment and embrace Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. As a dynamic, innovative leader, I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children, their families, and their communities.
