I’m Manny, a Branch Manager and Loan Officer with Green Lending, serving Cleveland, Ohio, and the surrounding communities. I work with first time homebuyers, homeowners looking to refinance, and investors purchasing or expanding their real estate portfolios. My goal is to make the mortgage process clear, efficient, and as stress free as possible.I’m known for responsive service, competitive rates, and reliable closings. I have experience across a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and investor focused options, along with access to select programs not widely available. I guide clients through each step of the process, explaining options in plain terms and staying involved from pre approval through closing.At Green Lending, we focus on flexibility and personalized solutions built around each client’s financial goals.
