Develop training and inference pipelines and deploy models on the AWS cloud for natural language processing of clinical documents including tasks such as entity extraction and classification. Train models primarily using Tensorflow/Kubeflow stack and deploy models on Elastic Kubernetes Service via CI/CD (Jenkins). Monitoring performed on AWS Cloudwatch and Grafana. Model architectures and paradigms include convolutional neural nets, transformers, finetuning pretrained models from HuggingFace and traditional ML algorithms. Experiment with Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for enhancing clinical workflows, primarily using prompt engineering on OpenAI GPT models.
