Providing technical support for all IT hardware, software, and network issues, including installing, configuring, and upgrading systems; troubleshooting user problems; and managing system access and security to ensure smooth, efficient operations and a productive, secure computing environment.My Key Responsibilities for this role includes:Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems for end-users. System and Software Management: Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware like computers, printers, and mobile devices. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to employees and sometimes customers, often via helpdesk systems or ticketing software, documenting issues and solutions. System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor computer systems and networks for performance and security, performing daily checks on hardware and cabling. User Support and Training: Assist users with setting up new accounts and systems, manage user permissions, and provide training on new software and hardware. Security Implementation: Support cybersecurity efforts by managing system firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures. Documentation: Create and update internal knowledge bases and self-help guides for common problems. Project Support: Assist with the implementation of new systems and software rollouts within the organization.
