Provide support for day-to-day study activities in accordance with established protocols under the general guidance of the Clinical Trial Manager. Maintain clinical trial files (including eTMF), project processes, tracking systems, and other utilized study or departmental systems. Assist with the creation and/or review of Study Reference documents such as the Study protocol, Study Reference Manual, Pharmacy Manual, Monitoring Plan, TMF Plan, Informed Consent Form, site and study training materials. Manage study-related supplies and study-related material requests and lead the coordination of document translation management. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within clients, its CROs, and clinical sites. Perform regulatory, Start -up and maintenance activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs, and work instruction. Help to ensure optimal selection of Investigators and sites and acts as a primary liaison for site interactions and communications. Assist the Clinical Project Manager in site management activities including review of monitoring reports, tracking of site visits, external vendor management, and contract & ICF review. Perform quality control of documents provided by sites. Assist Trial Supply Coordinator with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
