With over 10 years of experience in the telecoms/tech industry, primarily in sales and customer management, I have developed a strong foundation in driving business growth and building high-performing sales teams. However, my true passion lies in the field of cyber security. Motivated by the desire to protect organisations from cyber threats, I am now seeking a transition into this dynamic and challenging field. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered exceptional results by understanding customer needs, motivations, and pain points. My ability to generate new business and cultivate strong relationships has allowed me to thrive in competitive environments. I bring a deep understanding of the telecoms/tech industry and it\'s evolving landscape, which enables me to effectively communicate the value of cyber security solutions to diverse stakeholders. In pursuit of my passion, I recently completed a Masters in Crisis & Disaster Management with a focus on cyber security. This academic journey has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of ISO27001, GDPR, and the principles of threat intelligence and risk analysis. I believe in a holistic approach to security, considering both technical and non-technical aspects, to help organisations safeguard themselves effectively. I am eager to leverage my experience, skills, and educational background to contribute as a junior GRC consultant or Junior Threat/Risk Analyst. I am confident that my blend of sales expertise and cyber security knowledge will enable me to deliver tangible value by helping organisations navigate the ever-changing cyber landscape and mitigate risks effectively.
