I’m an Agricultural Business student at California State University, Chico, working toward a long-term career in produce and agricultural operations. I’m especially interested in how produce companies manage product flow, quality, timing, and distribution at scale.My background includes hands-on experience in produce work, seasonal operations, and business support roles where I learned how day today coordination, communication, and consistency affect the entire supply chain. These experiences motivated me to focus on the operational side of agriculture and the systems that keep product moving.Alongside my academic work, I’ve gained experience in small business operations, real estate coordination, and financial planning through my role as Vice President of Finance for Delta Sigma Pi. These roles strengthened my understanding of organization, accountability, and operational decision-making.I’m aiming to continue building experience in produce operations, agribusiness management, and supply chain support.
