ABOUT EMMANUEL EKEH
I am a Medical Science Liaison with a strong foundation across medical affairs, market access, and pharmacy operations, bringing a unique end-to-end perspective on how therapies move from evidence to real-world patient impact.Prior to my current role, I served as a Patient Experience Liaison, where I partnered with healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams to navigate complex coverage, reimbursement, and access challenges in the psychiatry and nephrology therapeutic areas. This experience sharpened my ability to translate policy and payer dynamics into practical solutions that support both providers and patients.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Pharmacy Manager, leading pharmacy operations, optimizing workflows, and counseling patients while collaborating closely with prescribers and other members of the healthcare team. This hands-on experience at the point of care continues to inform my approach as an MSL—grounded, pragmatic, and deeply aligned with clinical realities and the end user (patients) in mind.Across roles, I am known for my ability to: translate complex scientific and clinical data into meaningful insights, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, bridge medical, access, and operational perspectives to drive informed decision-making, and communicate with clarity, credibility, and empathy.I am passionate about lifelong learning, advancing evidence-based medicine, supporting clinicians with high-quality scientific exchange, and improving patient outcomes through thoughtful collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.
