Perform routine and reactive electrical/mechanical repairs on industrial laundry equipment, including feeders, ironers, folders, dryers, batch washers, and conveyors (belts, rollers, bearings, pneumatics, and drive systems) to minimise downtime.• Carry out scheduled inspections, testing, adjust, repair, and servicing of electrical panels, safety relays, PLC I/O, Servo/VFD/Soft starters, motors, sensors, SSRs, and pneumatic actuators, and valves to ensure reliable operation.• Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, pressure, airflow, alignment) for performance optimization, optimal throughput, energy efficiency, and product quality.• Ensure machinery complies with electrical safety standards, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and site health & safety requirements, including surge protection, short circuit protection, thermal/overload fault, and current leakage compliance at the component level.• Work closely with operators and production leaders to ensure machines run safely and efficiently, supporting smooth workflow.• Record activities in CMMS system and update equipment manual/logs whenever modification or change are made for future reference
