Scope : I lead product initiatives that bridge tech and operations across a pan-European hospitality network. My role spans from user research to solution delivery, ensuring both strategic alignment and executional clarity.• Discovery – Problem-first approach - Conduct field interviews and shadow hotel teams to uncover pain points- Design new guest journeys with a focus on reducing friction for both staff and customers- Launch multilingual surveys and A/B tests to validate product assumptions- Embed discovery loops into hotel openings to adapt training kits and automation rules.• Delivery – Scalable and measurable solutions - Deploy the Digital Key (Apple Wallet) experience across multiple hotels- Redefine and iterate the self check-in kiosk journey, boosting usage from 20% to 50%- Build automation workflows via Make.com for edge-case handling- Deliver automated reporting dashboards (Google Apps Script) to consolidate KPIs- Roll out a front desk training ecosystem, including SOPs and hands-on exercises.• Results & Business Impact -+30pts kiosk usage increase (from 20% to 50%) in 2 month- 50% reduction in manual intervention on recurring payment issues- Faster onboarding for new hotels via standardized, ready-to-use operational kits- Increase guest adoption of digital check-in flows through continuous iteration.
