I work with attorneys throughout California who are result-oriented for their clients and forward-valued in their leadership in the legal profession. My practice is primarily transactional in the firm\'s Corporate Group, where I have worked on advising corporate entities, both for profit and nonprofit, throughout their lifecycle. I have also worked to support clients on matters of managing Intellectual Property Portfolios, particularly representing clients in matters of trademark prosecution and opposition. As a full-service law firm, I have at times worked collaboratively with members of the Labor and Employment practice group on workplace investigation matters and members of the Construction practice group and Real Estate practice group to draft and interpret contractual provisions.
