My practice is primarily transactional in the firm\'s Corporate Group, where I have worked on advising corporate entities, both for profit and nonprofit, throughout their lifecycle. I have also worked to support clients on matters of managing Intellectual Property Portfolios, particularly representing clients in matters of trademark prosecution and opposition.
