ABOUT EMMA MORROW JARDINE
With a number of years experience in leading and delivering national programmes and projects, I am a passionate and skilled facilitator of learning and change in the workplace. As an ASIST Trainer on behalf of Public Health Scotland, I work alongside Living Works to create suicide safer communities across Scotland, by providing training and support to various stakeholders and audiences. As a manager at Change Mental health I oversee staff to deliver valuable services across Scotland and in partnership with Mental Health UK. As a Projects and Programmes Business Partner at includem, I overseen staff development and project management for a range of services that help young people reach their potential. I collaborated with internal and external partners, design and implement strategies and policies, and coach and mentor staff to enhance their performance and outcomes. I am also an advocate for better workplace wellness, and was a consultant on a platform called Nine2strive that offers advice and guidance on wellbeing at work. I have a Diploma of Education in Law from City of Glasgow College and an Executive Leadership certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
