I’m a 4+1 Health Promotion student at the University of Delaware, working toward both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees with a focus on preventive care and clinical health coaching. I’m passionate about helping people take control of their well-being, whether that means building healthier habits, managing chronic conditions, or simply feeling more empowered in their everyday lives. I believe real change happens through connection, education, and meeting people where they are.
