About Emma Koehler

Hi! I am a graduate student at the University of Washington in the Communication Leadership program specializing in Marketing & Analytics and Organizational & Professional Communication. During undergrad, I interned for some of the coolest companies primarily in HR and Recruiting. It was in these experiences I discovered my passion for connecting with others, building relationships, and learning more about the world and other people. My experience as a first-generation college student and graduate has allowed me to connect personally to the value in creating more spaces and providing more resources for students and early career talent of various backgrounds. Some areas I am especially interested in as I build my career include: early careers recruiting, talent brand strategy, internal communication, and employee experience. I love to travel and discover new cultures. During undergrad, I studied abroad in France and Greece. Paris, Athens, and Dublin hold huge pieces of my heart.
