Database Optimization and Maintenance: Successfully designed and executed a critical deduplication project within the development database shortly after joining, resolving over duplicate donor records. Continuously manage and implement rolling data maintenance initiatives, including the global verification and standardization of addresses in accordance with USPS standards.• Collaborative Project Leadership: Played a pivotal role in a collaborative effort with the fundraising team to overhaul the donor acknowledgment process. This initiative successfully halved the acknowledgment turnaround time from monthly to bi-weekly, significantly improving donor retention and outreach efforts.• Analytical Support and Dashboard Design: Specialize in the design and creation of analytical deliverables, such as custom Salesforce dashboards for on-air hosts. These tools support real-time decision-making during fundraising drives, enhancing the effectiveness of on-air pitches.• Campaign Analysis: Conduct detailed campaign analyses under tight deadlines, ensuring a high level of accuracy and actionable insights. This critical function supports strategic planning and execution across fundraising campaigns.• Database Management and Process Improvement: Proactively identify and address issues within the donor database, developing and implementing new processes to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. My efforts are aimed at ensuring the integrity and utility of our data assets for supporting organizational goals.Located in Centennial, Colorado, and contributing remotely, my work since May 2022 has focused on leveraging data analytics to drive improvements in fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and overall operational practices at Colorado Public Radio.
