I’m a huge lover of change! I started my career creating exceptional guest experiences and learning what excellence really means. With 14 years of experience across HR, operations, and professional services, I now lead change programmes that help high-performing teams go even further. As a coach at PwC, I work with senior stakeholders and their teams using the Perform Plus platform to help them grow by focusing on people and behavioural change. It’s all about boosting engagement, making work more productive, and embracing new ways of working and technology. By tapping into data and insights, I help uncover what really drives high performance, so we can make smarter decisions and create positive, lasting change across the business.
