Basically, t-shaped people, like me, have multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills which give us a more holistic view of projects, processes and goals. 🤓Here’s why that’s important: We’ve all seen brands driven to blandness by short-sided strategy, misalignment, lackluster content, inconsistency, poor adoption, unoriginality, constant \"pivots\", outdated ideas and processes, and poor execution.People like me prevent things like that. ‍“How?”, you might ask. When everyone focuses on one area of expertise, it\'s silo and misalignment city. No one understand projects from start to finish because they can’t see the forest for the trees, and whatnot. That\'s where I come in.
