ABOUT EMMA HUNTER
As an experienced finance professional with over 15 years in finance, including roles as an interim UK FD and regional FP & A Director, I am confident in my ability to lead and manage complex financial operations. After training with EY I have developed my skills in financial planning, reporting and strategic business partnering through roles in the GSK corporate and Europe commercial teams. In my current role I lead the Performance Emerging Markets finance team. I enjoy problem solving in a collaborative way, as well as leveraging digital tools. My objective is to be a collaborative leader, supporting the business to be ambitious for patients whilst maintaining appropriate financial governance. I am passionate about working in a science led industry, having previously completed a degree and Masters in Chemistry at the University of Cambridge. I am also passionate about equality in the workplace and was a key member of the Women in Finance group for several years, driving the adoption of Lean In Circles.
