About Emma Kirchhoff

I am a senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, and I am working toward a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and a collateral in Business Analytics. I am a high achiever that succeeds best when I am in a routine and clearly know what I need to accomplish. Relationship building and forming connections are also strength of mine. I enjoy forming connections with people and working with others to solve problems. Beginning last summer and continuing to the present, I work part-time at Cherokee Country Club at the front desk or the Fitness Center. Although this job does not directly apply to my major, I have gained valuable skills like communicating with others, problem-solving, and time-management skills, as I work during my busy semesters. My career goal after graduation is to work in an accounting firm to gain knowledge and practice of the profession in the real world. I have always lived in the suburbs of Nashville and have loved it, and I plan to stay in the area. I will be furthering my knowledge and experience in accounting via an internship with EY in summer 2026. I look forward to this opportunity.
