Eden McCallum was founded in by two McKinsey alumni and is currently the subject of two HBS case studies being taught at major business schools. Our work covers strategy, performance improvement, transformation, change management and implementation. We work with large and medium-sized public companies, private institutions, private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
