As Client Services Director, my focus is on creating the conditions for both our clients and our teams to thrive. Guided by a simple philosophy, Coach, Close, Create, I aim to bring clarity, momentum and energy to how we grow. Coaching means unlocking the potential already within the team: empowering experienced Client Partners with the autonomy to excel, while creating structured mentoring and shared learning for those earlier in their journey. It’s about building confidence, not control.Closing is about staying close to the work and the opportunities that matter. Through regular pipeline conversations, thoughtful 1:1s and collaborative forecasting, we create shared accountability and remove friction helping clients move forward with confidence while ensuring sustainable growth for the agency. It’s less about pressure and more about partnership, focus and follow-through.Creating is where we move from reactive to truly strategic. By bringing together Tech, UX and Behavioral Science, we look beyond briefs to uncover opportunities clients may not yet see themselves. Quarterly Business Plans and innovation sessions become spaces for ambition, strengthening relationships, sparking new ideas and ensuring LAB consistently delivers against its values and standards while shaping what’s next, not just responding to what’s now.
